ADN Planned Maintenance
Know Your Equipment.
Plan With Confidence.
Make equipment care easier to manage. ADN Planned Maintenance connects your covered assets, agreed maintenance tasks and visit findings, giving you a clearer picture of what was checked and what needs attention.
Whether you run a store, kitchen or cold-storage facility, useful records help you plan follow-up work and make informed repair decisions. Start with an assessment of your site and equipment.

From assessment to follow-up
A Maintenance Plan
Built Around Your Site.
Your equipment, operating conditions and access shape the plan. The agreed asset list, tasks and visit schedule make the work clear for your team and ours.
Identify Your Assets
Review the equipment, use and access. Record the covered Asset IDs and how connected equipment is grouped.
Agree the Work
Define tasks, visit frequency and time allowance for each asset, including ladder setup and panel access where quoted.
Record the Visit
The technician documents completed tasks, available readings, visible findings and any work left incomplete.
Review & Follow Up
The office reviews the visit record and outstanding items. Recommended repairs go to you for a separate quote or authorization.
Primary coverage
Your Refrigeration Assets
- Walk-in cooler and freezer refrigeration
- Display cases and food service refrigeration
- Condensing units, evaporators and associated systems
The quoted program starts with visual inspection of accessible equipment and available readings. Each covered asset has an agreed task scope.
After the visit
A Clear Record.
A Useful Next Step.
See which asset was checked, what the technician recorded and which items need your attention. Access limitations and unfinished tasks stay visible so follow-up can be planned.
The office review brings those findings together. You can discuss the recommendation and decide on any additional work, with repairs quoted or authorized separately.

A completed inspection records that the agreed task was performed; it is not a blanket equipment “pass”. Planned maintenance does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Installations & Upgrades
A new installation should fit the space, the product and the way the site works. We review equipment placement, piping routes, access and other-trade requirements with your project team before work begins. For an operating business, we also plan the refrigeration changeover around product movement and the available work window. The proposal sets out the installation, startup and handover responsibilities.
- New refrigeration for stores, kitchens and cold-storage spaces.
- Equipment replacements, expansions and staged upgrades.
- Coordination with owners, contractors and other trades.

Refrigeration expertise
Equipment Sales & Replacement
The right replacement is more than a unit with matching dimensions. Product use, working capacity, surrounding heat, ventilation and service access all affect the choice. ADN helps you compare refrigeration options and understand the complete installed scope, including delivery, removal and startup where quoted. Availability and lead times are confirmed for the equipment being proposed.
- Display cases, reach-ins, prep refrigeration and walk-in equipment.
- Self-contained or remote refrigeration to suit the application.
- A clear equipment and installation proposal before ordering.

Refrigeration expertise
Custom Solutions
An awkward layout, a growing product range or an older building can call for more than a straightforward equipment swap. ADN helps define refrigeration changes around those constraints, from relocated cases and revised piping to expanded cold rooms. We work with your wider project team to identify the practical sequence and any specialist design or permitting responsibilities.
- Store reconfigurations and tenant improvements.
- Equipment relocation and refrigeration piping changes.
- Retrofits planned around existing conditions and access.

Supporting coverage
HVAC Support for Refrigerated Facilities
Supporting HVAC can be part of the conversation when it serves a customer’s refrigerated facility. We review the equipment and proposed work, then list any included HVAC assets and tasks separately. That keeps the refrigeration plan clear while allowing suitable related maintenance or repairs to be coordinated.
- Related facility HVAC reviewed during assessment.
- Covered units, visit tasks and materials clearly identified.
- Refrigeration remains the primary service and maintenance focus.
Useful answers
Before You Book
What information helps you arrange a refrigeration service visit?
Tell us the site address, affected equipment, symptoms and when they started. Include the ADN Asset ID if known, or describe the unit and its location. A new customer can request service without an Asset ID. Call for a time-sensitive issue; submitting a form does not confirm dispatch.
What happens during a maintenance assessment?
We review the proposed equipment list, how the equipment is used and access requirements. The agreed plan identifies the assets, tasks, visit frequency and exclusions. Refrigeration leads the scope, with related facility HVAC listed separately when included.
Does planned maintenance include cleaning, parts and repairs?
Only tasks and materials expressly listed in your agreement are included. Visual inspection does not automatically include deep cleaning, filters, belts or corrective repairs. Findings and incomplete work are documented, with additional work quoted or authorized separately.
Where does ADN provide service and project work?
Service and maintenance cover Vancouver, the Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley. Refrigeration installations, equipment replacements and facility upgrade projects are available throughout British Columbia. We confirm the site, scope, access and scheduling before accepting the work.
