Scope of These Terms
These terms describe permitted use of the ADN Refrigeration website. The site provides information about our commercial refrigeration services and maintenance across Vancouver, the Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley, refrigeration projects throughout British Columbia, and ways to contact our team.
They are website terms. Specific quotations, accepted work orders, maintenance agreements, account terms and card authorizations govern their own subject matter. These website terms do not replace those documents or introduce new payment charges, credit limits, warranties or cancellation fees.
Enquiries, Quotes & Service Requests
Submitting a form or sending an email begins a conversation. It does not, by itself, confirm dispatch, a service appointment, equipment availability, a price or an accepted contract. ADN must confirm the proposed work and arrangements with you. If an equipment problem is time-sensitive, call 604-945-0788.
Site conditions, equipment condition, access and the agreed scope affect what is required. Installation schedules, response arrangements, product availability and prices are confirmed for the particular request. The website makes no general guarantee of a response time or round-the-clock availability.
Provide accurate contact and equipment information, and submit requests only for a business or site you are authorized to represent. Notify ADN if important details change.
Planned Maintenance
A maintenance program covers the assets, tasks, frequency and exclusions agreed in the relevant proposal or agreement. Refrigeration is the primary focus; supporting HVAC is included only where expressly scoped. Cleaning, consumables and corrective repairs are not automatically included.
A completed inspection records that the agreed task was performed. It does not certify that equipment is defect-free or guarantee uninterrupted operation. Findings can result in a separate recommendation, quotation or request for authorization. Customer responsibilities and any work outside the scheduled scope are addressed in the specific agreement.
Customer Account Applications
An application is a request for an account, not approval of credit or an assurance that requested terms will be offered. ADN must review and confirm account arrangements. No customer login is required merely to apply.
Card details must be entered only through the secure processor fields when those fields are available. Do not send full card numbers or CVVs through ordinary forms or email. Any card authorization must be expressly presented and accepted through the configured application process. These website terms do not authorize a card charge.
The preview application is disabled and does not submit or save an application or payment profile.
Website Information & Images
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but general descriptions do not determine the suitability of equipment or a solution for a particular site. Confirm specifications, scope and current availability directly with ADN before making a purchasing or operational decision. Resource articles provide general information and do not replace a site-specific assessment, qualified advice or your food-safety procedures.
Some marketing images are generated illustrations of refrigeration environments and personnel. They do not identify a specific completed ADN project. Completed-project claims are made only in approved project descriptions. Social updates retain their original context and date; an older post is not a statement of current inventory, availability or a continuing promotion.
Content & Permitted Use
ADN branding, website text, layout and other material are owned by ADN or used with permission, except where another owner is identified. You may view and retain reasonable copies for evaluating ADN’s services or for your own internal reference, keeping relevant ownership notices intact.
Do not misrepresent an affiliation with ADN, reuse its logo as your own, republish substantial site content commercially without permission, upload malicious material, interfere with the site or attempt unauthorized access. Third-party marks and social content remain subject to their owners’ rights.
Employee Access
The employee area is for people specifically authorized by ADN. Keep credentials confidential and access only the materials you are permitted to use. Permission to view a document does not authorize public sharing or unrestricted distribution. Report suspected account misuse promptly to ADN.
ADN may restrict or revoke access where authorization changes or misuse is suspected. Applicable employment arrangements and internal policies continue to govern employee conduct; these website terms do not amend them.
Privacy & Third-Party Services
Our Privacy Policy explains website information handling and your privacy choices. Social platforms, maps and payment processors are separate services with their own terms and privacy notices. A link is provided for convenience and does not mean ADN controls every statement or practice on the destination site.
The site may be unavailable for maintenance or because of technical issues. If a form or employee feature is unavailable, contact ADN by telephone or through the contact page.
Applicable Law & Your Rights
These website terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Nothing here removes a statutory right, remedy or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, or requires you to give up access to a court or regulator where the law provides it.
No blanket liability exclusion, mandatory arbitration provision or class-action waiver is created by these terms. Rights and responsibilities for purchased goods or services remain subject to the applicable agreement and law.
Changes & Contact
ADN may revise these website terms for future use of the site. A revision does not retroactively change an existing quotation, contract or consent. The updated date appears above.
